Timeless Fitness Exercise Class is specifically designed for older adults 60 years and older. It is offered for anyone with or without chronic medical conditions in which movement can be beneficial to enhance quality of life. Components to the class include warm-up, cardio, strength/resistance, balance, and stretching/cool down. Most of the class is done while standing. However, participants are encouraged to engage at their own level of ability in which movement can be modified. Participants must be able to exercise independently and depending on medical history, may require doctor’s approval.
We will be practicing safety and complying with CDC and State of Maine COVID-19 guidelines/restrictions.
Wear comfortable shoes and attire appropriate for exercise.
