This age reversing workout is designed to restore movement in your joints, flexibility in your muscles, relieve pain, and stimulate your cells to increase energy, vibrancy, and your immune system. It’s a slow-paced, no impact, full body workout that improves body awareness and helps increase mobility while using our own body weight to increase strength. We use music, imagery, breathing and techniques meant to stimulate the connection and effectiveness of the brain-body relationship.
Exercise mat, strap/band, blocks/risers/telephone book, chair recommended. Bare feetrecommended.
All classes via Zoom. A “make up” day is built in in case of instructor illness/absence. Makeup date for Session 1 is February 11th. Makeup date for Session 2 is April 15th.
