CNA Informational Night: August 18th - at Gray-NG H.S.

This State of Maine approved CNA course includes classroom, lab and clinical experiences.  Admission process includes the completion of an application packet, passing the CASAS (a reading assessment) with a score of at least 228, and an interview.  Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalency.

CNA COURSE REQUIREMENTS:

   1.  Minimun age 18.  Bring a picture ID with signature.  (Driver's license or State ID)

   2.  Proof of high school graduation or equivalency

   3.  Completion of CASAS test with appropriate score

   4.  Complete application form

   5.  Copy of social security card

   6.  Two satisfactory written references (Professional or Personal)

   7.  SBI check (sign enclosed release form)
